<p><strong>WARRANTY POLICY</strong><br>Register your warranty and get instant access to tailored machine support, how-to-guides, user manuals and more.</p><p><strong>What does a Dyson warranty cover?</strong></p><p>A Dyson guarantee covers the repair or replacement (at Dyson's discretion) of your Dyson machine if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within the guarantee period.<br>If any part is no longer available (e.g. particular colour variations), Dyson will replace it with a functional replacement part.</p><p><strong>What isn't covered by a Dyson warranty?</strong><br>Dyson machines are engineered and constructed for continual high performance in normal domestic settings. If a Dyson machine is used in the way it's intended and it breaks down within the guarantee period, it's our responsibility to repair or replace it.<br>There are, however, some circumstances in which a Dyson guarantee doesn't cover the repair or replacement of a machine. These aren't hidden in the small print. Here's what isn't covered:</p><ol><li>Normal wear and tear, including parts that might wear out over time (e.g. fuse, belt, brush bar, batteries, filters etc.).</li><li>Accidental damage</li><li>Damage as a result of use not in accordance with the rating plate.</li><li>Damage caused by not carrying out the recommended appliance maintenance.</li><li>Removal of blockages. The Drying mode can be used on any hair type to pre-dry hair or set finished styles. The Smoothing mode can be used to hide flyaways and works best on naturally straight or wavy hair, or straightened hair of any type.</p><p style="margin-left:0px;"><strong>Q: Does my hair have to be wet to start styling?</strong><br><strong>A:</strong> Yes. For best results, start with freshly washed hair. All our brushes can be used on wet hair, but the barrels work best on damp hair. Use the Coanda smoothing dryer in Drying mode to get hair to damp before styling with the barrels.</p><p style="margin-left:0px;"><strong>Q: Will these attachments work with my other Dyson Airwrap™ Hair Multi-Styler and Dryer?</strong><br><strong>A:</strong> Yes, our re-engineered attachments are fully compatible with every Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler.</p><p style="margin-left:0px;"><strong>Q: What length of hair are the 30mm and 40mm Dyson Airwrap™ Hair Multi-Styler and Dryer long barrels designed for?</strong><br><strong>A:</strong> The long barrels are specially designed for hair that's longer than chest-length. For hair that's shorter than chest-length, we recommend using the shorter 30mm Airwrap™ barrels and 40mm Airwrap™ barrels. Both the long and shorter barrels can work on long hair, but you'll get the best results if you use the recommended barrel for your hair length.</p><p style="margin-left:0px;"><strong>Q: How often do I need to clean the filter?</strong><br><strong>A:</strong> The white LED on your styler will start to flash when it's time to clean your filter.
