1. Dry hair before use. The TYMO Porta is not recommended to be used on wet hair.
2. Fully charge the hair straightener brush with the supported USB cord before your first use. (Charging time will be approximately 2 hours when using a 5V/3.5A adapter.)
3. Unplug the flight mode plug from the hair straightener brush before using it. (The appliance will shut off when plugged into the flight mode plug during use. This applies when the charger is plugged into the port as well.)
4. The hair straightener brush will be locked when charging. (Always unplug the charger from the product's charging port to use.)
5. When carrying this product out, please turn it off and insert the flight mode plug to prevent it from mistouching.

Care & Cleaning

1. Before you do anything to the hair straightening comb, please make sure that it is unplugged and completely cooled down.
2. Dampen a soft cloth, rag, or paper towel with warm water, wipe the bristles and the base of the comb, removing any dust or old hair. And then use dry cloth to wipe it until it’s dry.

• Please keep it away from humid places, and do not put it in dishwasher or microwave.
• Please do not immerse the appliance in the water.
• Please do not use any corrosive or volatile detergent to clean the appliance.

WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty is valid for 6 months from delivery date. The warranty covers replacement of quality defects of the appliance due to materials or manufacturing.
