It’s a new decade and the hair possibilities are endless. But it’s not only about the trendy hairstyle, your hair health should be your top priority as well. #1 will only use clean hairbrushes that are in good condition.
Brushes build up dirt over time and in a course of a year (or years) can leave hair feeling itchy. Rule of thumb is at least after a week of regular use. Also check your brush and comb for broken or missing bristles, as one of the main causes of split ends and breakage are damaged brushes.
#2 I will use a hair mask at least twice a month.
