Ready to order your hair care essentials, but don’t know how? Here’s our step-by-step tutorial to navigate through our simple ordering system. Now you can have your hair hygiene essentials easily and safely delivered to you.
Step 1: Find what you need
- Search for what you need by typing it in our search bar.
- You can also browse through our sections. We’ve made it easy for you by listing products by Brand, Hair Condition, Desired Result, among others. Scroll over to the 'Browse Our Products' on the Menu.
Step 2: Know what you need
- Read through detailed product descriptions and articles or watch our product videos. We make it easier for you to zero in on the best product for you.
- Can’t decide which one to get? You can send us a message through the blue Messenger icon on the bottom right. Our experts are here to help you!
Step 3: Add product to cart
Now that you know what you need, simply click 'Add to Cart' on the product page. It will automatically be added to your shopping cart, so you can continue shopping. To check your cart, you can click the cart icon on the upper right.
- On the cart page you can make changes to your order including adding and removing quantities on your list. Don’t forget to click 'Update' to reflect the changes you’ve made.
- Once you’re all set click 'Check Out.'
Step 4: Check out
- Input your email and enter your delivery details.
- Got a HairMNL Rewards account? If you haven’t logged in yet, now would be a good time. Signing in also lets you use the points you’ve earned for rebates. Learn more about HairMNL Rewards here.
- Input your email and delivery details in the section provided.
- To make ordering easier, check the 'Save this information for next time' tab so you can avoid having to input your details again in the future.
Step 5: Choose your delivery method
- Choose either 'Store Pick Up' or Delivery (Store Pick Up applies only in Metro Manila).
- For Store Pick Ups you can visit us at HairMNL Studio, at Brixton St. Kapitolyo Pasig. You can also book a Lalamove / Grab / Mr. Speedy / Angkas to do the pick up for you.
- For Delivery, the daily cut of is at 5pm
- 3-Day Delivery for Orders within Metro Manila*
- 3-20 days for Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao*
*Subject to barangay specific restrictions.
Step 6: Select your preferred payment method
- We have a broad set of options to safely pay online—GCash, Online Banking and many others. You can also settle payments Over-the-Counter through our partners banks, 7-Eleven, and others widely used bayad centers. Choose the one that is the most convenient for you.
- COD is not accepted at the moment for safety reasons.

- From here, add your billing address.
Step 7: Complete order
- Once you’ve settled your payment option click continue. We will then provide you with a summary of your purchase including an order number. A confirmation email will also be sent to you.
- Make sure not to exit the browser until you see the Order Confirmation page!
Once your payment is settled and your details are complete all that’s left for you to do is sit back and let us deliver straight to you.
